Feasibility Study for the development of a new Student Dining Center on the campus of Saint Raphael Academy in Pawtucket, RI. The primary goal of the project was to consolidate two existing antiquated cafeteria operations into a single dining facility, with the proper modern environment to support the school’s on-campus meal program. The project consisted of a 9,100 s.f. renovation and building addition to an existing structure to repurpose into a 175-seat student dining center. The facility features a kitchen, sized to support the school’s meal program, restrooms, service area, storage, and other required support spaces.
