Responding to the competitive pressure to improve residential life and increase the percentage of students living in on-campus housing, Rhode Island College selected Vision 3 to perform an in-depth housing feasibility study.

Vision 3 Architects assembled a study team of nationally recognized experts that consisted of Stegman + Associates, Boston, MA, and Anderson Strickler, LLC, Gaithersburg, MD to determine the nature and extent of on-campus housing demand; style, number and mix of units; site location options; project costs; and, financial viability. The study successfully directed the College’s efforts to provide new housing that addresses demand, rent structure, financing, location, cost, and conceptual design issues.
