Providence Community Health Centers purchased the former Federated Lithographers Site to develop an entire, urban block as a primary care health center and mixed use commercial space. Using a phased approach, selected structures have been demolished and the site improvements made as work on each of the three planned buildings starts. These buildings include: a 41,750 s.f., two-story, health center building; a 5,000 s.f. new, retail building; and, restoration and renovation of the existing Beaman and Smith Company Mill buildings, 50,000 s.f. that is on the National Register of Historic Places for use as a medical office building.
