Currently in conceptual design stage in partnership with The Aspen Group, who intend to develop a prime 4-acre parcel directly adjacent to the campuses of Lifespan and Women & Infants Hospital. The design includes two, 4-story medical office buildings, each containing a total area of 50,000 s.f., with the potential of a "skybridge" linking the two buildings to create a 25,0000 s.f. single floor plate. The design features a pedestrian friendly plaza facing the hospital campus and the Ronald McDonald House for children with cancer, which is directly across the street. The site offers 335 off-street parking spaces as well as opportunities for street level retail.
