Ryan has a decade and a half of experience as an architect and senior project manager, representing owners, property managers, contractors, and other partners to manage all aspects of the design and construction process.
Ryan began his career in architecture as in intern with Vision 3 Architects in 2005, after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University, remaining with the firm until 2011; when he went on to pursue opportunities in facilities services and construction management. Prior to his return to Vision 3 as an Associate in 2018, Ryan worked as a senior manager and owner’s representative in the facilities management divisions of large public sector and private higher education institutions.
Having worn many hats throughout his career, Ryan leverages this experience on both sides of the table to bring a collaborative and team-oriented spirit to every project. He remains committed to new and emerging project delivery methods, and adds his extensive experience in LEAN design and construction to Vision 3’s team of accomplished professionals. Ryan has previously served as a board member of the Rhode Island State Properties Committee, where he reviewed and approved real estate sales and leasing transactions on behalf of the State.
Ryan lives in Elmhurst, Providence with his wife Martina and son William. In his spare time, you’ll usually find him exploring Rhode Island bike paths with his family, tinkering with an antique car, or restoring a historic home.
