Project Description:

Cumberland Commerce Center is a three-building “flex” development, located within Highland Corporate Park. It was developed in response to a growing demand for flexible industrial/office space in northern Rhode Island. The first building was designed to serve as a prototype for the multi-building development. Together, the three buildings offer 78,000 s.f. of flexible office and manufacturing space to potential tenants.

The buildings were designed to meet or exceed LEED certification requirements. Key sustainable design features include: stormwater recycling, LED parking lighting, super-insulated building envelope, and high-efficiency HVAC and lighting.
