Stephanie PaolinoStephanie Paolino graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1996. She is a registered architect in the State of Rhode Island.

Stephanie has strong project and design leadership capabilities especially in primary care, dental, and community health center design. She has been able to successfully implement innovative care delivery models, such as the Patient Centered Medical Home and translate how that affects the built healthcare environment. She is involved in all phases of projects from design, coordination of engineers and specialists, preparation of presentation drawings and construction documents, through construction administration.

As a LEED Accredited Professional, Stephanie is responsible for the integration of energy conservation and sustainable design principles throughout the design and construction document process. She also has earned credentials of Evidence Based Design (EBD) Accreditation and certification by the National Center for Health Design. Upon achievement of this recognition, Stephanie joins a select group of healthcare professionals who envision a world where all healthcare environments are created using evidence-based design.

She was a panelist for “Creating Health Stations for Primary Care and Prevention,” Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA) Healthy Rhode Island Environmental Design Summit Conference 2013.
